Having utilised the majority of these years to successfully develop and sustain management roles, I have specialised in positions where I consistently deliver favourable results leading to increased net profits, which are evidence of increased productivity and efficiency using simple game plans and systems that also maximise staff retention by helping to develop and hone their skills.
Very importantly, I understand that behind the success of all of the most critical aspects of your business is a strategy, a formula, a system and a game plan for that exact success.
Yet my Game plan for your business is so much more than just what can be measured or seen, because the successes of my clients are all a result of creating effective workplaces culture where leaders are leaders – not just managers, combined with teams who are so much more than just individuals who have to work together, and the systems that support each and every component of those teams along the way.
My greatest passion is to see people just like you and your team reach their full potential within the scope of the business they are helping to grow – a factor I know is the common goal for many, if not all, successful businesses in the modern world.
The systems that support your people are the most important systems your business can implement – so it’s safe to say that if you value your people, I have the expertise and direct experience of what it takes to hire, support, harness and grow them in a way that has a direct impact on the productivity and profit of your business.
On top of this, I also understand the importance of credentials the support the experience I bring to support the growth of your business.
So in my mid-30’s, I decided to formalise my education, experience and expertise by gaining an MBA, with majors in Human Resources, and Marketing Management, and additional skills in change management, systems auditing and quality assurance.
As a self-proclaimed learning addict, I then embarked on further education in coaching and psychology, resulting in a significant knowledge base with which to approach both the inner and outer game of success in business.
I strongly believe in my vision for business success: workplaces where people thrive, not just survive; where people are an investment not an expense, and where leaders inspire others to reach their full potential – which means business reach their full potential, too.
